Submission Guidelines
Content Requirements
Submitted articles should be between 800 and 1500 words. All content must be 100% original and unique, not published anywhere else online or offline. Please cite any facts, statistics, or external information you include. Provide credible sources for all claims.
Formatting Preferences
Organize your articles with clear headings and subheadings. Use short paragraphs of 2-4 sentences. Incorporate bullet points or numbered lists where appropriate to improve readability. If you include images, ensure they are high-resolution and include proper attribution or licensing information.
What We Do Not Publish
We maintain high standards for our content. Please do not submit overtly promotional pieces, advertisements, or press releases. We also do not accept AI-generated content or articles that have been previously published, including on your own blog or other platforms. Material written to promote a business is handled through the sponsored placement route described below, not through the editorial queue.
How to Submit Your Pitch
Send your article pitch or completed draft to [email protected]. Include a brief author bio (50-75 words) and any relevant links to your portfolio or professional profiles. We aim to review all submissions within two weeks of receipt.
We appreciate your patience during the review process. We will contact you directly if your submission is selected or if we require further information.
Compensation and Sponsored Placements
Two different arrangements are often confused here, so we spell out all three routes and tell you which one your submission falls into when we respond to it.
Writers we commission
When we invite a writer to produce a piece for our editorial calendar, we pay for that work. Rates are agreed individually with the writer before the assignment starts. This is the only case in which we pay a contributor, and we do not pay for unsolicited submissions.
Unpaid editorial contributions
We publish guest articles at no cost when they read as independent expert commentary. The byline and the author’s professional credential stay exactly as submitted. What the article does not carry is a link to the author’s company, a promotional bio, or product and service mentions in the body.
Submissions that promote a business
If an article carries a link to a company you own, work for, or represent, or if it is submitted by an agency on behalf of a client, it is a sponsored placement rather than a paid writing assignment. Sponsored placements carry a one-time administrative fee of USD 650. The fee covers editorial handling, formatting, image preparation, and permanent publication with no expiry date and no renewal fee. We issue the invoice once you confirm, and the publication date is scheduled after that. Sponsored articles are labeled for readers in line with our Advertiser Disclosure.
